Job summary

ADM Harvard IL is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to deploy and sustain the Performance Excellence System at the Harvard location. You will bridge tactical operations and strategic initiatives, guide PE methods across extrusion, blending, bakery, and packaging, and drive change in a fast-paced environment through strong leadership and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coach site teams and drive PE across complex operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach site steering team and pillar teams using PE methods.
• Drive safety engagement and improve health score and PE impacts.
• Provide tools, resources, and training to department teams to embed PE in standard work.
• Maintain PE Wave Initiative and PE Hopper as primary sources of truth for plant priorities.
• Mentor Department Superintendents and Production Managers to adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate PMs to meet shipping requirements.
• Provide coverage for Department Superintendents and support 24/7 operations.
