Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Cambridge, OH site to lead the FP&R program, drive lean initiatives, and implement global strategies. This role partners with the site leadership to ensure governance, training, and data-driven improvements across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate holds a engineering/SCI background with 8+ years in CI/Lean, and a track record in FMCG settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Factory Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma Programs and Standards.
• Experience in manufacturing facility sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the site's multi-year Productivity Roadmap using Lean Six Sigma and FP&R methods.
• Collaborate with site leadership to embed FP&R practices and drive engagement.
• Lead FP&R assessments, scheduling, resource coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor FP&R KPIs and KAIs, identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Develop and deliver training in FP&R methodology and root cause analysis.
• Support site adoption of digital, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Facilitate site workshops and campaigns for efficiency gains and risk mitigation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with environmental goals.
• Oversee onboarding of new FP&R team members with HR and leadership.
• Share best practices with other sites and cross-site teams.
• Provide guidance to DoM and Plant Manager on FP&R compliance and strategic challenges.
