Job summary

Fuyao Glass America seeks a Continuous Improvement professional in Moraine, OH to establish and maintain plant KPIs using Plex or databases. You will gather, analyze, and report data, develop improvement projects, and monitor budgets and performance against targets.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, the ability to justify economic decisions, and experience in Lean/Six Sigma tools to drive sustainable change across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Continuous Improvement KPIs for the value stream and monitor trends.
• Perform statistical analyses to guide decision making across projects and teams.
• Research and analyze data using spreadsheets, statistics, and database programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement cost-saving improvements.
