Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional for the Tempering Assembly department in Moraine, OH.

The role focuses on establishing plant KPIs, using Plex or databases, and recommending data-driven improvements across value streams. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing annual improvement projects, monitoring budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Bachelor degree or above with manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the Continuous Improvement KPI's for the whole value stream.
Define and implement the Continuous Improvement procedure and strategy.
Perform statistical analyses to help guide decision making across projects and teams.
Research data using software including spreadsheets, statistics, and database management programs.
Develop budgets and cost analyses to determine project feasibility; conduct baseline studies.
