Job summary

City Of Antigo in Wisconsin is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to oversee lean manufacturing initiatives across aftermarket service and manufacturing processes.

You will drive cost reduction, improve lead times, and implement DLMS with cross-functional teams, coaching staff through Kaizen events and daily management.

A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field and strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills are required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor KPI scorecards; report progress to leadership.
  • Perform GEMBA walks and audits to sustain improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on CI roadmaps.
  • Support data-driven decision making across service centers.
