Qualifications

  • Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

Profile

A successful Continuous Improvement Lead should have:

Desired Skills and Experience

Lead all activities within an assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets
Manage staffing, resource allocation, production priorities, and capacity planning to meet customer demand
Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs throughout the value stream
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operational performance
Maintain accountability for key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity, inventory, delivery, cost, and employee engagement
