The intern will focus on analyzing current workflows,identifyinginefficiencies, and implementing improvements to boost productivity. This role provides hands-on experience on the plant floor and exposure to cross-functional collaboration within the manufacturing environment.

Assignment Objectives:

• Conduct time studies for assembly lines and other manufacturing processes.
• Develop standardized work procedures for assembly lines.
• Identifywaste within manufacturing processes and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
• Activelyparticipatein structured Kaizen events.

Key Training Objectives:

• Learn and apply Lean tools and concepts effectively.
• Build communication skills to engage with team members across various organizational levels.
• Develop leadership abilities by managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Gain experience in overseeing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
