This role provides hands-on experience on the plant floor and exposure to cross-functional collaboration within the manufacturing environment.

Assignment Objectives:
Conduct time studies for assembly lines and other manufacturing processes.
Develop standardized work procedures for assembly lines.
Identifywaste within manufacturing processes and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Activelyparticipatein structured Kaizen events.
Key Training Objectives:
Learn and apply Lean tools and concepts effectively.
Build communication skills to engage with team members across various organizational levels.
Develop leadership abilities by managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Gain experience in overseeing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Measurable Impact Potential:
Increase assembly productivity byeliminatingwaste and implementing standardized work procedures.

Required Experience:

Experience with Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Management.
Education & Certifications
Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (preferred focus on process or industrial engineering).
70% of the time will be spent on the plant floor, with additionaltimeallocatedto computer-based work.
