Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts in Louisville is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our production and logistics operations.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, facilitating Kaizen events, mapping value streams, and partnering with operations leadership to improve throughput, quality, and cost efficiency. This is a fully onsite, second-shift position for local candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Continuous Improvement, Production Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence experience.
• Proven experience leading Kaizen events, VSM initiatives, and measurable process improvement projects within manufacturing, production, or logistics environments.
• Experience partnering with operations leadership to implement sustainable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across production operations.
• Partner with operations leadership, supervisors, and production teams to improve performance and drive sustainable results.
• Analyze production performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

**This role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements, leading Lean initiatives, optimizing production workflows, and partnering with operations leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.

NOTE: This is a fully onsite and second shift position. Must be local to the Louisville, KY area.

• Analyze production performance and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with operations leadership to implement sustainable improvements and standardize best practices

• $90,000-$100,000 + bonus potential, PTO, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits
