Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field; five years in manufacturing.
• Three years of project management experience.
• Three+ years of Continuous Improvement Methodology experience.
• Experience as a data analyst or data scientist in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement events (Kaizen, Loss Elimination, Value Stream Mapping, Value Engineering).
• Work with teams to complete projects using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide CI support to hourly employees, professionals, and managers across departments.
• Design, develop, and implement improved workflows and work instructions.
