Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including policy deployment, workplace organization, autonomous maintenance, standard work, daily management, Lean-Six Sigma, and development.
• Develop and train personnel in Value Stream Mapping to reduce lead time and working capital across all value streams.
• Manage and promote Lean-Six Sigma culture throughout the organization.
• Design, modify, and improve processes and equipment; collaborate with all plant levels.
• Maintain visual project schedules; prepare reports and presentations.
• Design and implement machine and tooling modifications to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Lean Instructor certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt.
• High-level PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.

The pay range is $65,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonuses.
