Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer in Russell Springs, KY to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and drive value through process optimization for an automotive supplier.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive manufacturing, knowledge of Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and hands-on experience with Kaizen, VSM, SMED, RCAs, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and IATF 16949. You will impact plant performance and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
• Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys), APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, IATF 16949.
