Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in Indianapolis seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the Carrier Excellence (Cx) team. You will apply Cx Operating System methods and Lean Six Sigma to optimize product flow across fabrication and assembly lines, while reducing waste and variation.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in CI/IE or manufacturing, you’ll lead cross-functional improvements, partnering with engineers and operations to deliver safety, delivery, and cost gains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.
  • 2+ years applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.
