The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing operational processes, implementing best practices, and driving cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset. This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and lead projects aimed at increasing productivity and quality.

Essential Job Duties:
Conducts process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develops and implements Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Leads improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborates with departments to gather data and analyze performance metrics.
Facilitates training sessions and workshops on continuous improvement techniques.
Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee participation and feedback.
Develops and maintains documentation of processes and improvements.
Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.

Travel to other locations as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 or more years of experience in process improvement, engineering, or a related role.
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
