You will analyze metrics such as OEE, yield, and capacity, lead root cause analyses, and apply Lean techniques to sustain gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in CI or related field.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant performance metrics, including OEE, yield, capacity, and losses.
• Lead root cause analysis and CI initiatives focused on increasing throughput and productivity.
• Apply Lean manufacturing tools to improve processes, eliminate recurring issues, and sustain improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to drive high-impact projects.

The ideal candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant performance metrics, including OEE, yield, capacity, and losses, to identify improvement opportunities and key performance gaps
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing throughput, productivity, and material utilization
• Apply Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies to improve processes, eliminate recurring issues, and sustain operational improvements
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to prioritize high-impact projects and drive execution on the plant floor

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:
