Job summary
INA Solution is hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer/Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive continuous improvement and optimize warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics environment across multiple U.S. locations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 3+ years in warehouse/distribution or 3PL, with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred). You will lead CI, Kaizen, DMAIC projects using WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
Qualifications

- Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
- Experience with warehouse process improvement, WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
- Ability to lead CI, Kaizen, DMAIC, and operational improvement projects.

Salary: Up to $130,000 + $10,000 Bonus
