A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking an Area Subject Matter Expert on Continuous Improvement. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, implementing lean methodologies, and driving process improvements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant experience in the industry. This position offers an opportunity to make significant contributions to operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Area subject matter expert on Continuous Improvement, facilitating good change (kaizen) and leading cross-functional teams across many departments and areas of the business.

May directly supervise Technicians as required. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving problems according to organizational policies and applicable laws.

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university, ideally in a technical discipline (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering), and/or two to five years of related experience in cGMP packaging or related industry and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Effective presentation and communication skills with managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Capable of applying mathematical operations to tasks like frequency distribution, reliability and validity testing, analysis of variance, correlation, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle multiple variables.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, ERP systems, and related software.
