The internship emphasizes hands-on experience in process improvement, with a focus on Value Stream Mapping and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports academic growth and real-world manufacturing insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 GPA (must be on resume).
• Majors: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work on teams to improve Kanban System to achieve more consistent production rates.
• Participate in multiple Kaizen Events to reduce inefficiencies and improve employee morale.
• Lead 6S organizational events to help employees better organize their work areas.
• Participate in Value Stream Mapping Events to identify opportunities to drive future improvements.
