Qualifications

• Minimum 25 GPA must be on resume.
• Majors: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Hands on experience using tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvements: work on teams to improve Kanban system.
• Participate in Kaizen Events to reduce inefficiencies and boost morale.
• Lead 6S organizational events to improve work area organization.
• Participate in Value Stream Mapping Events to identify future opportunities.
