Qualifications

• Minimum 25 GPA must be on resume.
• Majors: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Hands on experience using tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvements: work on teams to improve Kanban system.

• Continuous Improvements Work on teams to improve Kanban System to achieve more consistent production rates
• Participate in multiple Kaizen Events to reduce inefficiencies and improve employee morale
• Lead 6S organizational events help employees better organize their work areas
• Participate in Value Stream Mapping Events to identify opportunities to drive future improvements
