Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager to lead quality, food safety, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence across the facility.

You will partner across Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service to drive audits, CAPA, kaizen events, DMAIC, and sustained cost savings while mentoring future leaders and building a culture of data-driven problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quality assurance, quality control, and food safety programs.
• Drive compliance with customer requirements, GMPs, regulatory standards, and quality systems.
• Lead audits, CAPA processes, customer complaint investigations, and corrective actions.
• Analyze trends, eliminate recurring issues, and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers as a trusted quality leader.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Facilitate Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement Workshops.
• Deploy tools such as DMAIC, A3, Fishbone Analysis, 5 Whys, SPC, and FMEA.
• Deliver measurable productivity improvements and sustainable cost savings.
• Create a culture where employees participate in problem-solving and process improvement.
