Job summary

Grip, a direct-to-consumer cold-chain logistics company, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to work across multiple sites in the Miami area. You will partner with site leaders and frontline teams to standardize processes, build KPI dashboards, and drive AI-enabled improvements without disrupting shipping.

You'll pilot projects, measure throughput and cost, maintain an improvement backlog, and document SOPs to scale successful changes across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of distribution and shipping methods.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities creatively.
• Strong multitasking skills for efficiently managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot and scale improvements. Turn ideas from the floor, the data and leadership into structured projects.
• Build KPI tracking and dashboards. Define metrics and set up how they're tracked for site leaders and leadership.
• Test new fulfillment methods. Pilot pick paths, pack-out methods, labor models and layouts.
• Lead AI and automation projects. Scope, pilot and integrate tools into daily operations.
• Solve problems at the root. Identify real causes and implement lasting fixes.
• Own the improvement backlog. Maintain a prioritized list from pilot to rollout.
• Document and standardize how we work. Create SOPs and roll out standardized processes.
