The Lifelong Learning Department is seeking a part-time German instructor to teach evening class(es) in our continuing education World Languages program at our Arnold campus this Fall. Previous teaching experience is required. Candidates invited for an interview will be asked to give a short teaching demonstration. Please mention your schedule availability and location preferences in your cover letter.
The instructor is to follow the curriculum outline and learning expectations as provided. Content is housed in Canvas Learning Management System. Instructors must have proficient German language skills, 3 years teaching experience, some computer experience, and the ability to effectively manage a classroom.
Bachelor’s degree in German language studies or related field.
Three (3) years of experience teaching the German language.
