Base pay range

$43.00/hr - $47.00/hr

Position Title: Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Additional Details

• Overtime may be required
• Possible exposure to extreme cold (freezer environment)

Position Summary

The Healthcare QA Supervisor is responsible for communicating quality policies and objectives to ensure healthcare compliance within the operation. This role involves developing and maintaining SOPs, reviewing client and facility work instructions, training personnel, and overseeing documentation practices. The supervisor plays a key role in audit processes and maintains up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, with a focus on mitigating risks related to the transportation of healthcare and food products. This position also supervises QA specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Maintain and update quality documentation and procedures
• Supervise and support QA personnel
• Manage and deliver training on SOPs and regulatory standards
• Conduct and oversee internal and external audits
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
• Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience
• Willingness to travel via air, public transport, or rental car (approved expenses reimbursed per UPS guidelines)
