National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Contingent Ancillary Services Treatment Advocate in Hamilton County. The role involves hands-on advocacy for adolescents and families, with transportation to appointments and collaboration with partners to support treatment goals.

Flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and hands-on experience are offered. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED; higher degrees preferred; travel daily and occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Enrollment in an accredited program may be considered.
• Daily travel with flexible/non-traditional hours as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in child welfare preferred.
• Proficient use of common software and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventions with clients while transporting to and from various appointments.
• Participate in development of youth treatment/service plans.
• Interact with youth to build trust and support goal attainment.
• Provide PSR and/or TBS services (training provided).
• Document conversations and outcomes; submit billing paperwork.
• Identify outside resources and services for youth development.
• Assist in family reunification efforts.
• Assist in crisis situations (daytime, afternoons, evenings, weekends).

We are seeking a Contingent Ancillary Services Treatment Advocate to join our team, covering Hamilton CountyContingent position offering up to 19 hours per week.Compensation: $20 per hour.Weekdays between 2 PM and 8 PMOne day out of the weekend if required.Are you interested in a career in social services?
