Job summary

Hanger Clinic seeks a Senior Sales Executive (Healthcare) to drive growth in Washington state across Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and beyond. This regional remote role blends field activity with strategic account development in health systems and hospitals.

The successful candidate will lead sales efforts, manage relationships with clinicians and administrative leaders, and collaborate across Hanger Clinic teams to deliver value-based solutions and strong contract outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience
• 5 years managing and developing a sales team
• 3–5 years sales experience in acute and non-acute markets
• Valid driver7s license and driving record per company policy

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across acute and non-acute markets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals and clinics
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in health systems
• Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs to improve contracting
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline management
• Coach and develop sales team members as needed
