Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Context Engineering Manager to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of knowledge and context for our AI systems across the DT&I portfolio. You will own the knowledge libraries, agent-instruction standards, and grounding quality, working with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, auditable outputs and scalable AI delivery.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
• Three or more years building LLM context, RAG, or knowledge-management systems.
• Two or more years defining reusable engineering assets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own context architecture and knowledge engineering for the DT&I portfolio.
• Design and govern prompt and context patterns across products.
• Capture and codify domain knowledge into reusable, grounded formats.
• Lead retrieval-grounding pipelines and corpus management.
• Coach engineers on context-engineering practices and standards.
