Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Senior Context Engineer to design and build reusable context assets powering the AI-native Advantage product suite. You will own the most complex context and knowledge work, set conventions, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product teams to capture assurance knowledge as governed context.

You will design retrieval pipelines, curate grounding corpora, and ensure security and regulatory compliance across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
• Three or more years building LLM context, RAG, or knowledge-management systems.
• Experience defining reusable assets, patterns, or technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds complex, reusable context assets across DT&I products.
• Act as a senior technical resource for context-as-code practices and standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and ensure quality, security, and reuse of assets.
