You will handle a steady stream of probate matters with professional independence and access to support staff, office space, and firm marketing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in probate litigation, a JD, and MA bar in good standing, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of probate and estate litigation experience, especially contested probate matters.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in contested probate matters, including will contests and trust disputes.
• Provide expert guidance on complex probate issues and strategy.
