You will handle a steady stream of probate matters with professional independence and access to support staff, office space, and firm marketing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in probate litigation, a JD, and MA bar in good standing, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of probate and estate litigation experience, especially contested probate matters.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Of Counsel Attorney - Contested Probate Specialist

Monteforte Law, a successful Estate Planning and Elder Law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as Of Counsel, with a focus on contested probate cases. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to collaborate with us in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who doesn’t want to bother with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Chat GPT as a way to get clients. We will supply a steady caseload of contested probate matters to work on. With an Of Counsel relationship, you are able to maintain a degree of professional independence and flexibility in managing your practice. You’ll have the luxury of support staff, beautiful office space, and firm marketing without the hassle and expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in contested probate matters, including but not limited to will contests, trust disputes, estate administration issues, and guardianship disputes
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex contested probate matters
• Collaborate closely with the firm's attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement effective strategies in handling contested probate cases
• Stay up-to-date with developments in probate law, regulations, and industry best practices
