Job summary

SERVPRO of Greater Waco is seeking Contents Technicians to join our crew. No experience is required—training and certification pay are provided. You will pack out, clean, store, and return contents from damaged homes or businesses, contributing to a supportive team on job sites.

This role is physically demanding but rewarding, with opportunities for progression and hands-on certification. You will work under a Contents Supervisor and help restore people's lives on tough days.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move items safely throughout the day.
• Care and attention with other people’s belongings.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and photograph customer belongings accurately.
• Pack, handle, and load items carefully for transport.
• Clean contents using the correct method for each type of item.
• Assist with warehouse storage, organization, and retrieval.
• Return items to the customer and assist with placement.
• Follow safety practices on every job site.
• Keep the truck, equipment, and supplies clean and accounted for.
• Work as part of a crew under the direction of a Contents Supervisor.

About the Role

SERVPRO is looking for Contents Technicians. No experience required, we train you.

When a home or business is damaged, we pack out what is inside, clean it, store it safely, and bring it back. You would be part of the crew that does that work. It is physical, it is varied, and the people you help remember it.
