Job summary

Servpro-of-Greater-Waco is seeking a Contents Supervisor to lead contents crews in the field and oversee pack-outs on site. You will direct a crew of technicians, manage inventory to ensure accuracy, and preserve the chain of custody for customer belongings throughout the process.

The role is hands-on and operates on-site with direct interaction with customers, focusing on safe handling and proper documentation on every property.

Qualifications

• Experience in contents, moving, warehouse, or restoration field.
• Experience leading or directing others.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move items safely.

About the Role

SERVPRO is looking for a Contents Supervisor to lead contents crews in the field.

You would run pack-outs on site, direct a crew of technicians, and be responsible for the inventory being right and the customer's belongings being handled properly. It is a working supervisor role, on the job rather than behind a desk.

What You Would Do
