Job summary

Precision Packouts in Austin, TX is seeking a Contents Restoration Technician to support our contents and textiles restoration work, focusing on delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement. You will perform packouts, cleaning, storage and transport, operate iCat inventory software, and update Proven Jobs Desktop and Mobile apps.

The role requires 1+ year of restoration experience and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

1+ year of restoration experience.
Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Inventory, packout, cleaning, vaulting, wrapping, staging, and packback of contents as part of the cleaning and restoration process.
Ensure all operations procedures and protocols are followed on active jobs, in the warehouse, or when traveling to/from locations.
Manipulate contents at client sites to allow remediation crews to perform tasks.
Operate iCat inventory software on a company-provided iPhone.
Log job-related updates in the Proven Jobs Desktop and Proven Jobs Mobile apps.
Package contents carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Transport contents between client sites and the warehouse facility.
Maintain equipment used in daily tasks.
Drive the company’s 16-foot box truck and forklift as needed.
