FRSTeam is seeking a Contents Restoration Technician to join our Eastern Pennsylvania team. This field-based, customer-facing role travels to job sites to handle customer belongings and perform detailed documentation and restoration support.

Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where overtime is common; daily travel to sites is required, with overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
• Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites.
• Perform on-site inventory, documentation, and labeling using company systems.
• Obtain necessary signatures and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and insurance representatives.
• Safely load, transport, and unload contents.
• Assist with cleaning, processing, and storage of items in the warehouse.
• Deliver restored items back to customers with care and accuracy.
• Maintain organized job notes, photos, and updates in the company system.
• Follow company safety policies and quality standards.
