Job summary

American Restoration is seeking a Contents Technician to perform on-site contents services for residential and commercial losses. You will pack, document, handle, and transport belongings with care, creating detailed inventories for restoration projects.

Role includes supporting cleaning, warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety compliance. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential in a variety of environments, from homes to warehouses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restoration, packout services, moving, logistics or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site contents packout at residential/commercial loss locations.
• Carefully handle, wrap, pad, box, and label belongings to prevent damage.
• Create inventory records using software, logs, and photography.
• Identify items for cleaning, restoration, disposal, or specialty handling.
• Load/unload contents for transport to facilities or storage.
• Protect property and interiors during packout operations.
• Support cleaning, warehouse, and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety, PPE usage, and company procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and represent the company.
