Job summary

PuroClean of Wolf Creek is seeking a dependable Packout Associate to join our Contents Division. The role involves packing, inventorying, transporting, and returning customers’ belongings after fire, water, mold, or other damage.

You will handle items with care and document processes accurately. Responsibilities include packing, labeling, moving items, documenting with software, and assisting with contents cleaning and storage.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in moving, warehousing, or restoration preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working in environments affected by water, fire, mold or smoke damage.

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, label, and inventory contents for residential and commercial properties.
• Safely move furniture, appliances, electronics, and belongings.
• Load and unload company trucks and protect contents.
• Transport contents between customer properties and warehouse.
• Photograph, document, and inventory items using company software.
• Assist with contents cleaning, storage, and pack-back services.
• Reassemble furniture and return contents after project completion.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and clean vehicles.
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service during difficult situations.
