Job summary

PuroClean of Wolf Creek is seeking a dependable Packout Associate to join our Contents Division. You will pack, inventory, transport, and return customers’ belongings after fire, water, mold, or other damage, ensuring items are handled with extraordinary care.

You’ll work closely with a team, documenting every item, and supporting contents cleaning and storage services as needed. This role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in moving, furniture delivery, restoration, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Must pass a background check with no open criminal cases.
• Comfortable in environments affected by water, fire, mold or smoke damage.

Responsibilities

• Pack, wrap, label, and inventory contents for residential and commercial properties.
• Safely move furniture, appliances, electronics, and other belongings.
• Load and unload trucks while protecting contents from damage.
• Transport contents between customer properties and the warehouse.
• Photograph, document, and inventory items using company software.
• Assist with contents cleaning, storage, and pack-back services.
• Reassemble furniture and return contents after project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and company vehicles.
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service during difficult situations.
