Team Compensation and Benefits:

  7. Hourly pay: $16.00 to $22.00/hour based on experience and certifications.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  3. Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. IICRC Training & Designations a plus (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration).
  6. Ability to adapt to change.
  7. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  8. Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
  9. Desire to continually learn new things.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company.
  2. Self-managing and time management skills.
  3. Writing estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack backs, and laundry restoration.
  4. Job schedule management and coordination.
  5. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  6. Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  7. Be a great representative of our brand!
  8. Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance and insurance adjusters.
  9. Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.
  10. Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  11. Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.
  12. Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  13. Manage projects and existing crews.
  14. Supervise pack-outs and inventory/evaluation of items.
