Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

We are rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Senior Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across all digital platforms.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on content creator with a passion for integrative and holistic medicine. As our Senior Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating high-quality written content that supports patient acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

This is a solo contributor role on a high-performing marketing team. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, designers, and developers—while owning the content calendar and all messaging across channels.

Qualifications:

• Own and manage the company-wide content calendar across Forum Health and its sub-brands
• Write and edit compelling copy for:
• Website pages and landing pages
• Blogs, newsletters, and educational content
• Email campaigns, automations, and funnels
• Text message (SMS) campaigns and automations
• Press releases and corporate announcements
• Social media captions in coordination with the social media team
• Develop and implement automated email and text workflows to drive patient engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions
• Collaborate with SEO team to optimize all content for visibility and performance
• Partner with graphic designers to align visuals with messaging
• Support agency partners with content needs for campaigns and launches
• Coordinate monthly content themes and execution across all teams and platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field
• 5+ years of professional content marketing and copywriting experience
• Proven experience creating automated email and text marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO, funnel strategy, and patient/customer journey
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Organized, deadline-driven, and self-managed
• Passion for or experience in integrative, functional, or holistic health
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, WordPress, or similar
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms and project management tools
• Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Annual base salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and or licensures. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations
• Location: Remote, US with a preference in the Lisle, IL area
