A restoration company in Oxford, Mississippi is looking for a Contents/General Cleaning Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing restoration activities and ensuring safety on job sites. Key requirements include a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects. This position offers a starting pay of $13 an hour, with opportunities for overtime and career advancement in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and evaluate restoration activities including inventory and packing of personal property.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with necessary supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and job site findings with supervisors.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to grow within the company.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up equipment.
• Perform production processes as directed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate restoration activities including but not limited to, inventory and packing of personal property, and specialized cleaning processes.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
• Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to elevate the SERVPRO Brand and grow within the company.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite/warehouse with a clean and orderly appearance.

Pay

starts at $13 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay
