SERVPRO is seeking a Detail-Oriented & Active team member in Manchester, TN. This physically demanding, onsite role requires high stamina and an eye for cleanliness, reporting to a Crew Lead on job sites and at the warehouse.

Key responsibilities include careful packing and pack-outs, post-construction cleans, residential deep cleaning, warehouse cleaning, digital logging with photos, and lifting 50+ lbs with teammates.

Qualifications

• The Eye for Detail: notices small spots others miss and leaves rooms completely clean.
• Physical stamina: stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects for long shifts in hot or cold environments.
• Team mindset: follow instructions, work hard with your crew, and treat belongings with care.
• Reliability: punctual, professional demeanor, ready to work daily.
• Screening: valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Careful Packing & Pack-Outs: wrap and protect belongings for safe transport.
