Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential facilities, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough clean while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning services or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: From $12.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
• Location: Harriman, TN 37748 (Preferred). In person. Ability to commute.
