Job summary

A cleaning and restoration company is seeking dedicated Contents Cleaners to join their team in Ohio. Candidates will be responsible for preparing spaces for cleaning projects, ensuring safety and communication with crew chiefs, and maintaining organized work vehicles. Preferred applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in the industry, alongside strong communication skills. Successful completion of a background check and a valid driver's license are required. Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience preferred in the cleaning or restoration industry.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

SERVPRO® Team Dobson is looking to add dedicated and detail-oriented Contents Cleaners to our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Clean up construction environments, natural disasters, contents, biohazards, etc.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
