Job summary

SERVPRO in Manchester, TN seeks a detail-oriented, physically capable worker for on-site cleaning and packing tasks. You will perform pack-outs, post-construction cleans, and residential deep cleans, plus warehouse work and inventory logging.

You must lift 50+ lbs and work with a Crew Lead to maintain high cleanliness standards. The role requires reliability, eye for detail, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and pride in leaving a room completely clean.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift heavy objects for long shifts.
• Willingness to listen, work with your crew, and treat belongings with respect.
• Punctual, professional attitude and reliability.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, pass a background check, and pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Careful packing and pack-outs to protect belongings.
• Post-construction cleans to remove dust, debris, and smudges.
• Residential deep cleaning including deodorization and carpet detailing.
• Warehouse cleaning and treating items brought back to our facility.
• Digital logging with photos and inventory tracking.
• Manual labor lifting 50+ lbs with teammates.
