Job summary

Lyft's Content Systems internship in Toronto offers hands-on experience designing and building an internal content system while rotating with design teams to partner on products across the Lyft community.

You'll translate complex concepts into clear in-product copy and learning materials, collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers, and help champion Lyft's brand voice and information architecture.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with UX writing, information architecture or education design samples (≥3).
• Currently pursuing Bachelor/Master/PhD in Canada with expected graduation Dec 2027–Summer 2028.
• Available Summer 2027 for internship in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Support content system by translating information architecture across Lyft content.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers and PMs on product projects.
• Translate concepts into clear in-product copy and learning materials.
• Maintain Lyft brand voice and evolving information architecture.
