• 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience leading audience-first social content creation for B2B tech clients.
• Deep‑tech translator with a track record of humanizing complex subject matter for tech audiences.
• Proactive, organized leader who can onboard quickly and guide social programs.
• Expert at tailoring distinct brand voices across multiple accounts.
• Hands‑on content creator, with platform-native copywriting and visual guidance expertise.
• Active community manager with daily audience interaction experience.
• Data‑informed creator fluent in social analytics and performance metrics.
• Socially native with enthusiasm for tech innovation.

Responsibilities

• Produce native creative work for LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Discord and emerging channels.
• Lead production workflows across static, motion and video content.
• Consult designers on visual guidance, aspect ratios, and overlays.
• Partner with Copywriters to write and adapt copy for distinct personas.
• Own day‑to‑day community management across account lines.
