Job summary

Yes& is seeking a Content Strategist to shape and execute content that serves readers and search tools. You’ll own strategy, governance, and content performance across channels, collaborating with account, paid media, UX and strategy teams.

Build roadmaps and briefs, conduct keyword research, apply SEO best practices, and maintain governance frameworks. You’ll translate data into actionable recommendations while coordinating with writers and developers to stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, marketing, SEO, or related role.
• Strong grounding in SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Experience contributing to governance models, editorial standards, and content audits.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with strategic clarity.
• Comfort with CMS platforms and SEO/analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Semrush.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and roadmaps for client accounts aligned with business goals and brand voice.
• Write, edit, and optimize content briefs, ensuring SEO-informed deliverables grounded in audience insight.
• Conduct keyword and prompt research and apply SEO, AEO and GEO best practices to improve visibility.
• Help build content governance frameworks to keep content consistent and current.
• Analyze content performance and translate data into actionable recommendations for creation or retirement.
• Collaborate with UX strategists, developers, writers, and account leads to stay on schedule.
• Stay current on SEO and AI search trends and bring new ideas to client work.
