Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in communications with a storytelling focus.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats and channels.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of internal meetings and all-hands events with creative ideas.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs across diverse sites.
• Develop internal communications plans to align with strategy and priorities.
• Create content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, video, digital signage).
• Collaborate with media relations and brand teams to identify opportunities.
