You will orchestrate strategy, storytelling, and production across pre-, physical, and post-production, while guiding teams and external partners to deliver innovative, audience-focused content.

• Direct creative and technical changes to align with strategic goals and project needs.
• Foster psychological safety, mitigate biases, and promote inclusive decision‑making.
