Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a UX Writer to craft clear and compelling microcopy for web and mobile experiences. You will work with the Design team and stakeholders to ensure content supports user goals while adhering to the organization’s tone of voice.

Ideal candidates bring a strong portfolio, experience with Agile and Design Thinking, and capability to deliver ADA-compliant copy decks across digital channels. Relevant background in financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in communications, writing or journalism.
• UX writing experience focused on web and mobile experiences with responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrates range of digital experiences and UX writing.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision or similar tools.
• Nice to have interest in banking, treasury, payments or financial operations.
• Ability to create content with a consistent tone of voice.
• Deliver ADA compliant and legally compliant copy decks based on style guides.
• Manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design team and business partners to develop end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels.
• Create succinct, thoughtful microcopy that simplifies the customer experience.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to inform content.
• Produce content that aligns with the organization’s voice guidelines.
• Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, or equivalent work experience.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
